Marc Snyderman is the Co-founder and Vice President of Apolline Group, LLC.  Marc brings significant experience as an attorney, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Operating Officer assisting companies with myriad legal and business issues. He has developed specializations in government contracting, technology transfer, engineering and software development, risk management, business law and strategic consulting as well as general corporate matters.

Since 2013, Marc has served as the Program Manager for the National and Regional Support contract for the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (“FLC”). The FLC was chartered by Congress and sits under the purview of the National Institute of Standards and Technology.  The FLC’s mission is to promote, facilitate, and educate federal technology transfer among its member labs and institutions so they can easily reach their commercialization goals, and create social and economic impacts with new innovative technologies. Through this contract, Marc ensures that the education and training, tools, and services the FLC creates and provides its members enable federal labs to better create partnerships, navigate the commercialization process, and achieve market success.

In 2017, Marc founded Snyderman Law Group, PC, a law firm specialized in providing counsel to small and medium sized businesses.  Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS), a mid-tier international technology firm specializing in services to the US Government, where he shepherded significant growth and infrastructure development while mitigating risk across a diverse business model.

Prior to joining UTRS, Marc was Director of Legal Administration for Insight Communications where he was involved in the IPO, multiple bond deals as well as large scale acquisitions and litigation management. Before that Marc was a Corporate and Securities Associate at Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler in NYC.

Marc received his Bachelor’s degree cum laude in Political Science and Policy and Management Studies from Dickinson College and his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law.  He also holds an Executive Certificate in Business from Mendoza School of Business at Notre Dame University.  He has been admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey since 1997.
